Glenn began his career in asset management in Sydney, before spending time with Macquarie Bank, an experience that gave him a strong commercial and financial grounding.
He then moved to Cairns, where he worked in civil construction with LDI Constructions and HEH Civil, delivering civil infrastructure for local and state government, commercial and private clients, from bulk earthworks, roads and bridges to treatment plants, pump stations, dams, slope stability and major stormwater works.
Glenn moved into client-side project management with The APP Group (formerly St George Project Services), working as superintendent and project manager on a range of civil construction projects for local and state government clients.
In 2024 he took over NQ Project Services, and has since been project managing the Cairns Water Security Project on behalf of Cairns Regional Council, a significant project for our region, along with many other projects, including geotechnical and DRFA-funded projects for regional councils and works for private clients.
Having worked on both the client and contractor side, Glenn understands what each party needs to get a project built well. His long-standing relationships across the region, and the repeat work that comes with them, are something he values highly.
More recently, Glenn has expanded into drone photography and is now a CASA-licensed drone operator, allowing us to use aerial imagery to track construction progress, inspect hard-to-reach assets and record site conditions.
